Second Time Around

Have you ever made something that tasted so good....and then a couple of weeks later you think you'll make it again....but while you're making it you piece on things and it takes longer than you remembered so by the time it's done and ready to eat your first bite is really rather humdrum? Well, I did that tonight. And here I am wishing I had never made it because now my memory of something fantastic has been tainted with mediocrity. And there's Sunday's blog. Good thing I didn't share it with my friends.
